Tecnimont is seeking a Construction Mechanical Completion Engineer to join the Construction Quality department in Pavia, Italy. The role covers home-office support and on-site activities to ensure effective mechanical completion and smooth handover to commissioning and operations.

You will coordinate with multiple teams, maintain completion data, and contribute to procedures and training while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• Technical high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of Mechanical Completion experience in EPC/oil & gas/petrochemical energy or industrial projects.
• Willingness to relocate abroad for medium-long project assignments (12–24 months).
• Good English level (professional).
• Experience in home office and construction site environments is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support set-up of construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning master ITP models.
• Coordinate with Mechanical Completion Coordinators, Engineering, Construction, Quality, and Commissioning teams to ensure Completion Database deliverables meet requirements.
• Manage and update Mechanical Completion data in project systems and databases.
• Support configuration of Mechanical Completion tools and user accounts with ICT.
• Develop Mechanical Completion procedures, training programs, and project execution strategies.
• Provide feedback on technical and organizational issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
