PE Global Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager for a Data Centre project in Italy. The role is full-time and based on-site at Bertonico, with responsibility for delivering mechanical works safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards.

You will lead on-site activities, coordinate with the wider project team, and ensure QA/QC, safety, and timely reporting. Strong leadership and hands-on experience in large-scale mechanical systems are essential.

Competenze

• Experience leading mechanical construction on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and related services.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience ensuring QA/QC and safety standards are upheld on site.

• Manage all mechanical construction activities across the project lifecycle.
• Lead day-to-day mechanical site operations in coordination with the project team.
• Coordinate schedules with planners, PMs, subcontractors, and design teams.
• Attend site meetings and reviews, ensuring timely information flow and compliance.
