Prometeon Tyre Group seeks a senior Compound & Raw Materials Expert to drive materials strategy and industrialization of rubber compounds for industrial tyres. You will work with Product Development, Manufacturing and external partners to advance innovative, sustainable material solutions.

The role requires leadership in project management, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration, with heavy emphasis on materials characterization and industrial processing.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Chemistry or related fields (polymers focus).
• Several years’ experience in raw materials or rubber compounds in R&D.
• Strong lab analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Ability to translate literature into development proposals.
• Fluency in English and Italian, and cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

• Lead raw materials strategy and technology scouting.
• Develop tyre compounds for industrial applications and manage projects.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Oversee external collaboration with centers and suppliers.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.
