Hitachi Energy in Italy seeks a Master Data Governance lead to define and drive the global MDM framework for the High Voltage business. You will work with senior stakeholders to improve data ownership, quality, and governance across functions and processes.

You will guide cross-functional teams, align priorities, and support digitalization through robust data foundations, ensuring data-driven decision making and AI readiness across the organization.

Competenze

• Experience with master data, data governance, data management or related disciplines.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience leading change and transformation in a global business environment.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data topics into business improvements.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

• Define and govern the global Master Data Management framework for the High Voltage business.
