Job summary

Eurizon Capital is seeking recent graduates for an internship in economics or finance in Milano. You will support the Sales team, help manage relationships with international clients, and learn how the asset management business operates within a leading Italian group.

You will contribute to coordinating requests, updating the CRM, preparing presentations, and analyzing market data while developing professional skills in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or related fields.
• Interest in AM industry and investment products.
• Willingness to learn regulatory and innovation framework.
• Client orientation and relationship building.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Foreign languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in developing and managing relationships with international clients.
• Identify business needs and coordinate with internal departments to define solutions.
• Manage Sales requests, including events, reporting, RFPs, and DDQs.
• Update the CRM, produce newsletters, and support campaigns and digital solutions.
• Prepare presentations and sales materials.
• Analyze and report market and sales data.
