Generac Group, con sede a Casole d'Elsa, è alla ricerca di un Ingegnere Manifatturiero per il suo team di ingegneria manifatturiera internazionale. Il candidato ideale svilupperà e manterrà una cultura di miglioramento continuo, contribuendo al miglioramento delle performance industriali.

È richiesta la laurea in Ingegneria Industriale o Meccanica e fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese. Sarà necessaria la disponibilità a viaggiare presso le filiali del Gruppo, se necessario.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria Industriale o Meccanica.
• Fluente in inglese.
• Buona comprensione dei principi di Lean Manufacturing e software CAD.

Our diverse business lines ensure the company is a leading player in a wide variety of global markets. **Pramac**, part of the third-largest group worldwide in the production of diesel and gas generators, is looking for a **Manufacturing** **Engineer** to join the **International** **Manufacturing Engineering Team** at its Head Quarter in **Casole D'Elsa, Siena (Italy).****Purpose:**Reporting to the **International** **Manufacturing Engineering Manager**, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement, supporting activities and initiatives aimed at enhancing the industrial performance of the site, in particular by eliminating waste, improving flexibility, labor efficiency, and service levels.**Main Activities:*** Support the success of process improvement initiatives by implementing policies, procedures, and process documentation, coordinating with the various functions involved.* Contribute to the plant transformation, technology transfer, and continuous maintenance of value streams.* Support the implementation of demand-driven production fundamentals and strategies that enhance operational excellence and long-term plans (flexibility, speed, and responsiveness).* Help ensure that product, material, and information flows are synchronized to achieve maximum efficiency and minimum operating cost.* Work closely with production staff to promote continuous improvement of production methods, systems, and controls.* Monitor and supervise methodological correctness in project development, efficient resource use, and robustness of results, providing timely feedback to the relevant structures.* Act as a facilitator for change management, the implementation of key improvement programs, and the effective measurement of Key Performance Indicators.**Requirements:*** Degree in Industrial/Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering* Fluent English* Willing to travel to the Group's subsidiaries if needed* Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office* Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and CAD software**Soft Skills:*** Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Problem-solving ability* Teamwork skills**Work Location:*** Casole d'Elsa (Siena, Italy)If you believe you have the right skills for this role, please share your profile with us and do not hesitate to get in touch!
