O-I is seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to support the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of manufacturing applications across our global production facilities. You will work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to understand needs and deliver technology solutions that sustain operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years in IT or manufacturing ops, and strong English communication.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Information Technology, business systems support, manufacturing operations, or a related field.
Experience supporting manufacturing systems or manufacturing applications.
Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively within a global team environment.

Mansioni

Build partnerships with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to understand needs and deliver manufacturing technology solutions.
Support deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancements of Global Manufacturing Information Systems.
Gather and analyze requirements, evaluate options, and ensure solutions meet business and technical needs.
Identify opportunities to improve, automate and streamline manufacturing processes through technology and system enhancements.
Document business processes, workflows and system requirements; create user, operational and technical documentation.
Scope, test and implement upgrades, new features, and system improvements based on demand and roadmaps.
Deliver training and ongoing support to end users and provide responsive problem resolution.
Contribute to global projects and participate in on-call support activities as required.
Participate in system support activities, including occasional 24x7 on-call support as required.
