PVH Italy seeks an accomplished Senior Events Lead to translate brand identity into impactful experiences for global markets. You will plan, coordinate, and execute image, fashion, and corporate events with a focus on Prada fashion shows, ensuring premium execution, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires 6+ years in luxury fashion event management, strong PM skills, and fluent English. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver compelling

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in fashion event management, luxury brand activations, and image events.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects.
• Experience in budget management, vendor relations, and contract administration.
• Solid understanding of luxury brand positioning, visual storytelling, and brand image standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
• Strong problem-solving mindset for fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in event reporting, project documentation, and performance analysis.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead planning and execution of image, fashion, and corporate events, focusing on Prada fashion shows worldwide.
• Manage all event activities including scheduling, venue scouting, talent coordination, catering, security, logistics, guest management, production, and fittings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure seamless project delivery and brand representation.
• Partner with local markets, guiding implementation of event formats while upholding global brand standards.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and consultants, handling negotiations, budgets, invoicing, and payments.
• Monitor budgets and allocate resources cost-effectively while maintaining premium execution.
• Oversee on-site event operations and resolve issues in fast-paced environments.
• Develop creative concepts that enhance brand image through visual storytelling and memorable experiences.
• Produce qualitative and quantitative event reports and post-event analyses to support decision-making.
