EssilorLuxottica is offering a 6-month paid internship in the Logistics Customer Service team in Italy. You will support senior team members in daily order management and logistics activities, gaining hands-on experience across multiple functions in an international environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, monitoring shipments, and assisting in process improvements. A strong emphasis is placed on communication, organization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Support daily order management and logistics customer service activities.
• Coordinate logistics tasks including deliveries, returns and warehouse issues for marketing material.
• Monitor shipments and assist in resolving transportation and delivery exceptions.
• Handle internal tickets and requests from stakeholders and partners.
• Assist in tests of systems and processes, ensuring data accuracy.
