• Plan transportation with approved carriers and vendors
• Monitor shipment status and address issues or delays
• Ensure timely booking, dispatch, and delivery; maintain records
• Act as the primary contact for customers and provide updates

• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
• Maintain data in transport management systems and reporting
