Competenze

Coordinate domestic and international road freight shipments from origin to destination.
Plan and arrange transportation with approved carriers and vendors.
Monitor shipment status and address issues or delays.
Ensure timely booking, dispatch and delivery of customer shipments.
Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding land freight shipments.
Coordinate with transport providers and subcontractors to secure capacity.
Verify transportation documents and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Monitor carrier performance and service levels to sustain profitability.
