Job Description
Main Purpose of Role
* Develop large/global accounts in the equipment and machinery (E&M) segment, leveraging SGS's network to provide industrial & environmental solutions for managing global suppliers, product compliance, and plants and facilities (CAPEX and OPEX).
* Identify potential opportunities within accounts and develop strategies with a clear roadmap to expand SGS's footprint by engaging various stakeholders.
* Increase worldwide revenue, profit, and market share with multinational accounts through existing and new business opportunities.
* Develop and implement sales plans in collaboration with affiliates and the business team.
* Serve as the commercial interface between a multinational client and the SGS network, monitoring leads and ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.
Key Accountabilities
* Collaborate with SGS affiliates and business teams to prepare commercial approaches for selected key accounts.
* Maintain and develop positive business relationships within the segment by maximizing international opportunities and optimizing new work potential.
* Act as the primary contact with clients, facilitating coordination of job orders and inquiries between SGS affiliates, offices, and personnel.
* Maintain continuous communication with key accounts and the SGS network, providing education, information, and support.
* Organize kick-off meetings and training sessions with clients and the SGS network.
* Attend regular meetings for business development, marketing, technical governance, performance reviews, conflict resolution, and reporting.
* Collaborate with affiliates and Tender Back Office to define service solutions and prepare proposals.
* Collect client KPIs and manage sales data using tools like SP and CRM.
* Negotiate with clients to close sales, with support from the global team.
* Provide feedback on account opportunities to business teams and affiliates.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and organization.
* Achieve or surpass sales targets, delivering revenue and profit to the global network.
* Uphold SGS's Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct at all times.
