What are we looking for?

Position: Project Sr. Specialist - Digital Workplace

In this role, you will be actively involved in projects within the Digital Workplace area, focusing on the Intranet, collaboration tools, and Microsoft productivity tools as an integrated set of solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing workplace projects (Intranet, Collaboration tools, Enterprise Social Media) from design through delivery and rollout across different countries, including the definition of global guidelines.
  • Developing and implementing company sites (Corporate site, Foundation site, etc.) from conception to deployment.
  • Participating in technological decision-making to identify the best solutions aligned with market standards.
  • Collaborating closely with IT colleagues worldwide, as well as with HR and Communication departments.
  • Engaging with software providers and system integrators, coordinating vendors, and ensuring smooth interactions.
  • Staying updated on O365 features and Microsoft Roadmap, supporting user adoption and digital literacy through programs like Digital Coach.
Job Requirements
  • A degree in Digital Communication, Digital Marketing, IT, or Business with a focus on digital.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with strong skills in technology and digital tools.
  • Strong interest in Digital Workplace solutions.
  • Ability to coordinate external providers effectively.
  • Highly organized, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office365 suite, SharePoint in cloud, AEM, and Adobe Analytics.
