Overview

The candidate will play a key role in cross-collaborating with multiple stakeholders to support senior colleagues in managing project activities. These include preparing deliverables, designing processes, and managing interactions with business partners. The candidate will contribute to defining both the current and future state of Menarini Group's business processes, identifying issues and risks, suggesting mitigation strategies, and driving technological solutions.

Role responsibilities

The role involves the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to distribution and logistics processes, with a strong focus on implementing SAP solutions (SD modules). Responsibilities include managing system integrators, system configuration and maintenance, overseeing updates, and troubleshooting.

The candidate will also :

  • Oversee technical design, build, and test activities, including personalization
  • Define technical guidelines and standards
  • Collaborate with the Solution Architect and Infrastructure Lead on system configuration and landscape setup
  • Translate customer requirements into clear documentation and business cases
  • Deliver cost-effective solutions and gather feedback for continuous improvement
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Design
  • Map business processes and assess the impact of new processes / systems within the Group
  • Model current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes based on goals or changes
  • Identify improvements to the business operating model in line with objectives and priorities
  • Perform benchmarking
  • Support the Change Manager in organizational design and model review projects
  • Assist Business Key-Users and Process Owners in managing change
Project Execution
  • Engage with Business Key-Users and Process Owners
  • Gather and analyze business requirements
  • Design technical solutions
  • Lead or participate in multiple projects: define documentation, scope, and priorities
  • Manage external providers
  • Configure software and oversee implementation
  • Provide post go-live support
  • Proactively and reactively identify improvement opportunities
Business Applications Management
  • Oversee the lifecycle of business applications (including maintenance and retirement)
  • Supervise end-to-end integration processes and roadmaps
  • Collaborate with strategic vendors and manage contracts
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • English : Minimum level B1
Professional Experience
  • 5+ years in a similar role within a complex international company or consulting firm
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
  • Involvement in process design projects
  • Participation in transformation initiatives as a Functional Analyst
  • In-depth knowledge of Sales & Distribution processes :
  • Order & Customer Management
  • Distribution Logistics
  • Invoicing & Collections
  • Reverse Logistics
  • Customer Service / Post-Sales
  • Tender Management
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with GxP compliance
Additional Knowledge
  • PMP Certification (preferred)
  • Experience in Salesforce projects (preferred)
  • Familiarity with digital innovation and transformation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in organizational design
