The ideal candidate will drive the adoption of SAP solutions, oversee technical design, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business processes.

Competenze

  • 5+ years relevant professional experience in an international company.
  • Experience on SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
  • PMP certified (preferred).

Overview

The candidate is someone who can effectively cross-collaborate with multiple stakeholders with the aim to support the senior colleagues to manage project activities including preparation of deliverables, process design and business partner’s iteration management. Defining the current and future state of the Menarini Group business processes, identifying issues and risks, suggesting mitigation strategies and driving towards technology solutions, this person must be:

  • A talented IT/Business professional who loves complex and high stakes challenges
  • Determined to succeed by driving timely delivery of end-to-end IT solutions

The role will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects related to distribution and logistics processes . The main project is the adoption of the SAP solution, specifically focusing on SD modules, driving system integrators, configuring and maintaining the system, managing updates and troubleshooting issues. The ideal candidate will oversee technical design, build & test, including the identified personalization, define technical guidelines & standards, cooperate with Solution Architect & Infrastructure Lead for system configuration and landscape setup.

The candidate will work closely with the key stakeholders to gather customer requirements, translate them into clear requirements documents, write compelling business cases and proposals, and then deliver cost-effective solutions, tracking business feedback in order to build improvements into future solution requirements.

Main Activities & Responsibilities
  • Process design:
  • Mapping of business processes and analysis of the impact of new processes or systems within the Company group
  • Process modelling (as-is) and re-design (to-be) according to predefined goal(s) or changing driver
  • Business operating model’ improvements identification in line with business objectives and priorities
  • Benchmarking
  • Support the Change Manager in projects with a great organizational impact such as operating model review and organizational design/ redesign
  • Support the Business Key-Users and Process Owners managing the change, with all the related aspects
  • Project Execution:
  • Interact with Business Key-Users and Process Owners
  • Gather and analyse business requirements
  • Design the technical solution
  • Lead or participate in multiple projects (draw project documentation, detail project scope, check priorities)
  • Manage external providers
  • Configure and Software implementation
  • Support Post go-live
  • Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
  • Business Applications management:
  • Business Applications lifecycle management (Maintenance & Retirement included)
  • Supervise the end-to-end integration process and related roadmaps
  • Collaborate with strategic vendors and drive the contractual stages to set up the relationship
Job Requirements
  • Education:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • English language: from B1 level
  • Professional experience:
  • 5+ years relevant professional experience in a comparable position in an international company with a complex structure or in a consulting company
  • Experience on SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
  • Previous experience in process design projects
  • Previous experience in transformation initiatives as Functional Analyst
  • Deep knowledge on Sales and Distribution processes (Order & Customer Management, Distribution Logistics, Invoicing & Collections, Manage reverse logistics, Customer Service / Post sales activities, Tender Management)
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in compliance with GxP regulations within a complex operational landscape
  • Additional knowledge:
  • PMP certified (preferred)
  • Experience in Salesforce project (Preferred)
  • Experience in digital innovation and transformation
  • Analytic approach, problem solving skills and ability to handle data
  • Experience in organizational design
  • Proactivity and orientation to change and ability to work with different stakeholders
  • Teamwork oriented & Goal-driven
  • Very Good communications skills
