A global food company is looking for an IT Customer Service & Logistics Analyst in Parma, Italy. The candidate will manage IT project execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions like SAP S/4 HANA. A Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Science and proficiency in project management are essential. Ideal candidates will have 2 to 4 years of experience in multinational environments, leading initiatives in logistics and order management. Fluency in Italian and English is necessary, and the role supports innovation and company growth.

Competenze

• 2/4 years of experience as a Project Manager in managing projects in IT departments or consulting.
• Experience in Order-To-Cash or Logistics areas preferred.
• Previous experiences on Analytics management/Data Governance considered a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage execution of assigned IT projects and monitor their status.
• Coordinate with internal/external resources to ensure quality.
• Participate in requests for process improvements within project scope.
