Hitachi Energy Poland cerca uno Specialista di Internal Communications per guidare comunicazioni interne a livello globale. La risorsa produrrà contenuti, gestirà intranet e newsletter e sosterrà iniziative di coinvolgimento dei dipendenti in un contesto internazionale.

È richiesta esperienza triennale, laurea in comunicazione e inglese avanzato. Ruolo a tempo pieno in sede, con strumenti Microsoft 365 e VivA Engage a supporto. Si lavora allineati al business globale e alla cultura aziendale.

Competenze

• Minimo 3 anni di esperienza in internal communications o corporate communications.
• Laurea in discipline di comunicazione o affini.
• Inglese fluente (livello C1/C2) con ottime capacità di scrittura.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Support the execution of internal communication strategies aligned with global business priorities and organizational goals.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for internal communication channels, including intranet articles, newsletters, emails, and employee social platforms.
• Manage and maintain internal communication channels, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and relevant.
• Coordinate global communication campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and culture-building programs.
• Prepare communication materials for leadership, including presentations, speaking notes, key messages, and event-related content.
Partner with stakeholders across business functions, product groups, and regions to gather information and align messaging.
• Support communication activities related to town halls, leadership meetings, and internal events.
• Monitor communication performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain communication templates, toolkits, and content repositories to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 and AI-powered tools to enhance communication processes, collaboration, and employee engagement.

Your Background:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Native or near-native English proficiency (C1/C2) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a focus on audience-centered communication.
• Experience working with internal communication platforms such as intranet systems, Viva Engage, Microsoft Teams, and similar tools.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and a strong interest in AI and automation tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track engagement metrics, interpret data, and recommend improvements to communication effectiveness.
