Lever, Inc. in Italy is seeking an Internal Auditor to establish and develop an internal audit function within a fast-growing, global technology organization.

You will own the end-to-end internal audit cycle, from risk assessment and planning through testing, reporting, and remediation. The role combines hands-on execution with strategic thinking, collaborating with senior leadership across multiple countries.

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, technology or a quantitative discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, CPA, or equivalent credential.
• Hands-on experience in internal audit including planning, control testing, documentation, and reporting.
• Experience in complex, international or multilayered business environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English with strong presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Establish, develop, and maintain the infrastructure for the internal audit function (templates, risk registers, reporting, documentation).
• Own the full internal audit lifecycle from risk-based planning to remediation.
• Assess global policies and processes to identify control gaps and risks.
• Collaborate with process owners to drive scalable improvements and corrective actions.
• Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership on risk exposure and control effectiveness.
• Develop risk-based audit programs and monitor remediation activities.
