Qualifications

Fluent in English, written and spoken.
7+ years of RD&Q experience in food product/process development.
Experience in bakery, meals or snacking is a plus.

Responsibilities

Shape and lead Discovery Platforms to build differentiated know-how for long-term innovation (NEW) and NEXT.
Assess external landscape and integrate advances into programme direction.
Act as technical reference for senior stakeholders with clear recommendations on opportunities and risks.
Translate know-how into transformative NEXT pipelines and handover to category teams when fit.
Lead NEXT projects from concept to scale-up with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Define learning plans across prototyping, consumer test & learn and scale-up.
Coordinate milestones, decision criteria and progress against strategy.
