About the Role

Based in Alba (CN), we are seeking three Global Industrial Excellence and Autonomous Maintenance Experts for our new Global Centre of Expertise. In this role, you will develop and deploy Ferrero Operational Excellence (FOX) methodologies related to Lean Manufacturing, World Class Manufacturing (WCM), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), with a focus on Autonomous Maintenance (AM).

You will coordinate and promote best practices, continuous improvement, and workshops across industrial functions.

Main Responsibilities

• Become a change agent, fostering an operational excellence culture through continuous improvement.
• Support coordination among central Operation Performance teams and other departments, ensuring alignment with FOX principles.
• Develop and enhance AM methodologies and procedures.
• Create and update training materials, define KPIs and KAIs, and set targets at group and area levels.
• Coach plant referents on FOX principles and AM methodologies using a train-the-trainer approach.
• Consolidate local initiatives, training, audits, and results to improve asset effectiveness and competitiveness.
• Assess and validate the implementation maturity of FOX and AM adoption through audits and assessments.

Who Are We Looking For

• Master's degree in engineering or related fields.
• Over 10 years of experience and proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, WCM, TPM, especially Autonomous Maintenance.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to influence and train across organizational levels.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and flexible approach (business trips ~50%).
