DiaSorin is a global leader in immunodiagnostic solutions and seeks a Diagnostics Specialist to drive development strategies and laboratory research for immunodiagnostic products. The role requires technical leadership and collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality results.

The candidate should hold a university science degree, have at least two years in product/process assay development, and be fluent in Italian and English. Strong skills in DoE, MiniTab, and Office tools are expected.

Competenze

• University degree in a scientific discipline.
• Two years of experience in product and/or process assay development.
• Knowledge of mandatory requirements for in vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Plans and coordinates laboratory research as technical lead or support for assay development.
• Verifies diagnostic performance of immunoassays and interfaces with internal/external scientists.
• Acts as technical representative in interdisciplinary product development teams.
• Maintains knowledge of state-of-the-art immunoassay principles.
