Global Immigration Consultant / Senior Consultant - Italy (Remote)

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Italy (Remote Role)

Salary: Negotiable + Bonus + Benefits

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering global immigration advice and processing for several corporate clients across the EMEA region.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Carrying out global casework for assigned countries (mostly EMEA Region), including case initiation, assessment, advice on rules and procedures, case preparation, submission, monitoring, and follow-up.
  • Handling complex cases and working with VIP clients.
  • Listening actively to client needs to ensure these are met and anticipating customer needs, offering proactive advice.
  • Staying updated on industry events relevant to clients.
  • Communicating regularly with clients to build strong relationships, focusing on business needs, and conducting review meetings with agendas and presentations.
The Person:
  • Previous experience in global corporate immigration.
  • Confidence in liaising with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct independent research.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent client relationship skills, aiming for high service standards.
