Aptar is seeking a Global Human Resources Systems & Data Governance Specialist, based at its Aptar Chieti site or available for remote work.

The Global Human Resources Systems & Data Governance Specialist supports, as a global system administrator, the Human Capital Management domain, responsible for HR data integrity and governance. This role involves supporting the HR Master Data and Organizational Management data validation process and HR KPI reporting. Additionally, the specialist works on HR projects and system enhancements, primarily in SuccessFactors and its connected satellite systems, collaborating with function leaders from design to implementation. They contribute to all HCM process activities and regularly interact with global HR representatives and the Aptar business community.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Managing SuccessFactors process administration, updates, and governance of organizational information.
  2. Supporting organizational changes across sites, countries, regions, and globally to ensure data consistency and system integration.
  3. Handling mass data changes in SuccessFactors.
  4. Implementing and supporting HR processes, providing feedback on implementation results.
  5. Supporting and testing various HR projects.
  6. Ensuring adherence to HR guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  7. Supporting analytics and reporting, including periodic HR KPI reports.
  8. Promoting a data-driven culture through training and knowledge sharing on reporting capabilities of SuccessFactors.
  9. Engaging in communication, change management, and training.
  10. Contributing to process improvement, tool implementations, and simplification initiatives.
  11. Mapping and documenting processes, including version control.
  12. Managing technical and functional communication within the HR Admin Community.
  13. Overseeing HR process management from a technical perspective, including Objectives and Performance Appraisal, Onboarding, Entretien Professionnel, Calibration and Succession Planning, Salary Review.
  14. Conducting HR data audits for accuracy and consistency.
  15. Facilitating training for HR Analytics and HRIS adoption.
  16. Supporting the development of a data-driven culture through training and knowledge sharing.
Job Location

The position can be based in Aptar Chieti or performed remotely.

Education

Degree in Economics, Social Science, Human Resources, or Information Technology.

Required Skills
  • Experience in SuccessFactors system configuration and maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proven success in project management.
  • Experience managing cross-country projects.
  • Excellent English language skills (additional languages are a plus).
  • Deep Excel knowledge and analytical skills.
