Global Head of People, Talent and Culture @ Topsource Worldwide

About TopSource Worldwide

TopSource Worldwide is a global team with deep local expertise. We operate in 100+ countries, helping businesses of all sizes streamline their payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), and accounting operations. Our mission is simple: to empower growing companies with enterprise-grade solutions that are easy to deploy, scalable, and cost-effective. What sets us apart? A high-touch, consultative approach built on trust, transparency, and consistency. Internally, we champion a no-blame culture and people-first leadership - because we believe business success starts with a thriving team.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Global HR Services Manager who can bring both heart and expertise to the table.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments and is ready to step into a strategic advisor position - someone who isn’t just familiar with HR best practices, but who can confidently guide international clients through them. From hiring to exits, and everything in between, you'll lead the charge in building compliant, thoughtful, and people-centric solutions that span countries and cultures. If you’ve supported workforces in Europe - especially in countries like Switzerland, Belgium, Malta, France, or Austria - we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Be a Strategic HR Partner to Global Clients

  • Act as the go-to expert for clients navigating local HR laws and compliance across diverse geographies.
  • Bring clarity and confidence to complex moments—drafting employment contracts, guiding onboarding, advising on leave policies, and leading offboarding or termination conversations with empathy and precision.
  • Own sensitive employee relations matters end-to-end—helping clients make thoughtful decisions on issues like performance management, long-term absences, grievances, and more.
  • Be the calm in the storm—delivering practical, business-aligned HR solutions during high-pressure or time-sensitive situations.

Champion Local Benefits and Compliance, Globally

  • Lead the implementation and renewal of country-specific benefit programs—medical, pensions, meal vouchers, and more.
  • Stay ahead of compliance changes and ensure clients are prepared—from wage revisions to documentation requirements and licensing updates.
  • Help clients see around corners—anticipating regulatory shifts and building systems that scale.

Collaborate to Deliver Excellence

  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with teams across onboarding, client success, payroll, and sales to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Equip the sales team with the HR insights they need to win and retain clients—especially in pre-sales conversations.
  • Strengthen our internal HR knowledge base—updating SOPs, refining templates, and contributing to our growing library of country-specific guidance.

You Should Apply If

  • You’re an experienced HR professional (5+ years) who’s owned employee relations and compliance conversations with confidence.
  • You’ve worked across multiple European jurisdictions—or you're genuinely excited to learn them in depth.
  • You know your way around contracts, labor law, and people processes—and you love turning complexity into clarity.
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy working directly with clients, not behind the scenes.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments and are energized by variety, not drained by it.
  • You care deeply about getting the details right—but you never lose sight of the people involved.
  • You bring solutions, not just problems—and you're at your best when you're trusted to lead.
