You will oversee HR Master Data and HR Reporting teams to develop and enforce data quality standards, implement quality assurance processes, monitor data integrity, and provide high-quality standard reporting to enable informed decision-making and regulatory compliance.

4. Ensure accuracy, consistency, security, and governance of employee and organization data.
5. Conduct regular data audits to identify inconsistencies and areas for improvement.
6. Collaborate with data teams to define and maintain data governance frameworks.
7. Lead initiatives to resolve data quality issues and monitor improvements.
8. Create reports and dashboards to track data quality metrics.
9. Build and deliver standard reports and create ad-hoc reports based on business needs.
10. Improve and automate processes.
11. Ensure timely, high-quality official reporting.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent qualifications.
