This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team and drive business results through effective talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with our international subsidiaries in France, Nordics, Germany, UK, Poland, USA, and Australia to define and implement the Group HR strategy.

Job Description :

  • Provide support to the business throughout the development, implementation, and measurement of an HR plan that proactively meets the business objectives & the corporate HR strategy for the international subsidiaries
  • Act as a business partner to strengthen the link in between HR and each subsidiary of the group for talent acquisition and development topics, salary review strategies, performance management processes, and retention plans
  • Implement and execute HR policies and systems within the organization

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 5-6 years of experience as an HR preferably within well-structured and or multinational companies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Italian is a must. A third language (French) is preferred
