Job Description:

Position at LHH (Global)

As the Head of Global Product Marketing, you will drive messaging, positioning, and thought leadership for LHH. You will work across vertical solution businesses (Career Transition & Mobility, Leadership Development & Coaching, and Recruitment Solutions) and within our go-to-market teams to increase awareness, engagement, and growth of LHH products. You will develop marketing strategies and plans, and lead a team of 2-3 product marketing managers.

The ideal candidate has experience in B2B product marketing in a global setting, with B2C experience being a plus. You should be able to simplify complex offerings, develop differentiated messaging, and be a leader and self-starter with a customer-focused approach.

Remote, Europe location where LHH has a presence

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a global product marketing team of 2-3 managers.
• Develop relationships with business leaders and marketers for alignment.
• Create go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
• Develop messaging and content to communicate value.
• Enable sales with effective materials.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence.
• Partner with product teams on launches and releases.
• Support ABM initiatives.
• Manage team performance and collaboration.
