  • How you'll make an impact
  • Lead project & workstreams, define guidelines, allocate tasks, motivate stakeholders, and monitor progress to achieve milestones.
  • Provide performance feedback on resources working on projects.
  • Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders (executive team, BUs, Regions) and an escalation point for issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
  • Define & lead strategy, conduct analysis to deliver global business benefits.
  • Ensure optimized use of intelligence for business decisions.
  • Monitor projects through a team, ensuring high-quality analysis and insights.
  • Analyze data from sales/financial tools to measure marketing effectiveness and maintain data quality.
  • Create templates and meeting packs for management, ensuring timely distribution and analysis.
  • Collaborate with M&S Function Heads, INLs, MDMs, Regions for alignment and communication excellence.
  • Implement process improvements based on feedback and continuous improvement culture.

Your background

You bring a blend of strategic thinking, customer focus, and commercial acumen, ideally with sales and marketing experience. You thrive in results-driven environments and lead with impact.

Specifically, you offer:

  • A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in face-to-face and/or remote sales, engaging with customers.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of product/brand financials, budgeting, profitability, ROI.
  • Experience in customer service, inquiries, pricing, billing, delivery issues.
  • Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership experience managing multiple teams and senior managers.
  • Strategic ownership of short to mid-term initiatives (1-3 years), focusing on execution and operational excellence.
