KCA is searching for a highly skilled Scheduling & Procurement Coordinator to join its Material department team in Italy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coordinating supply chain processes, preferably in an international environment collaborating with remote teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Schedule gas assembly and filling activities to maximize production capacity
• Procure all Gas items stored in Italy in accordance with the central supply chain
• Coordinate and centralize all warehouse activities (tracking and reporting)
• Guarantee stock accuracy and shop floor activities via ERP

Key Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in coordinating supply chain processes, preferably related to technical products
• Good understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and logistics flows
• Knowledge and usage of SAP (S4 / Hana) specifically for MM module (PP module is a plus)
• Professional fluency in Italian and English
