SSC Space, Milano, invites a Field Deployment & Integration Manager to lead on-site telescope deployments and complex integrations worldwide. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, serve as the operational link among engineering, site personnel, authorities, and customers, and supervise tests and commissioning activities.

The role requires strong leadership, AIT experience, travel readiness, and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus as you may work on international missions.

Competenze

• Experience in AIT, field engineering, mission operations or similar technical projects.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities are required.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Italian, French or Spanish are a plus.

Mansioni

• Plan, organize, and manage on-site deployment of Flyeye telescopes worldwide.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams during installation and integration phases.
• Act as operational interface between internal teams, site personnel, authorities and customers.
• Supervise system-level tests and support commissioning activities.
• Ensure schedule, quality, safety procedures and budget adherence.
• Troubleshoot field issues and escalate when needed.
• Support logistics, customs, and local infrastructure assessments.
