Job Responsibilities

• Independently handle high-complexity RFPs and feasibility objectives across therapeutic areas; assess data needs and propose approaches.
• Collaborate proactively with Business Units, Medical Directors, Business Development, and others to resolve challenges without oversight.
• Identify solutions for non-standard requests, escalate issues appropriately, and apply knowledge to complex activities.
• Represent Global Feasibility with professionalism and integrity in all stakeholder interactions.
• Manage multiple assignments efficiently across therapeutic areas.
• Develop and deliver feasibility assessments into reports or presentations for stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards in record-keeping, communication, research, and report preparation.
• Coordinate team efforts on larger projects, mentor junior team members, and support departmental initiatives.
• Participate as SME in process and system development, and maintain departmental data systems.
• Potentially take on line management responsibilities based on departmental needs.

Qualifications :

• BSc/BA in Science with emphasis on medical research.
• Ability to work independently and in virtual/team environments.
• Skills in data analytics, scientific presentation, and industry standards.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, research, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Flexibility for travel up to 25%.
