Tecnimont invites junior engineering graduates to begin their professional journey through an apprenticeship contract. You will work across multidisciplinary teams on integrated solutions for complex industrial plants, contributing to advanced technologies and global project delivery.

The program combines training, mentoring, and direct project involvement, with opportunities to travel within Italy and abroad and to grow toward engineering leadership roles.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Energy, Electrical or Automation Engineering.
• Welcomes candidates with related engineering backgrounds.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.
• Interest in engineering topics and emerging technologies.

Mansioni

• Execute the assigned design activities following instructions, ensuring compliance with project requirements and schedules.
• Keep the team informed of progress and status.
• Ensure effective information flow within the project team.
• Develop studies and analyses under supervision, following established work procedures.
• Review engineering documentation and provide observations, examining specifications from other potentially impacted disciplines.
• Prepare or update engineering documentation in line with operating procedures, project requirements, and company standards.
