Job summary

AGCO is seeking a Manager for Wiring Harness Design & Electronic Hardware to lead a distributed global team and drive the design, integration, and lifecycle management of wiring harnesses and ECUs for harvesters. The role coordinates across India, US, Brazil, and Italy to meet program milestones.

You will define electrical roadmaps, contribute to system architecture, and ensure high-quality deliverables while collaborating with mechanical, software, and validation teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in software/EE/CS or related field.
• Proven ability to lead electrical design/wiring harness implementations.
• Experience leading a global electrical engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed global team across regions to drive alignment and collaboration.
• Own design, integration, and delivery of wiring harnesses and electrical systems.
• Define electrical roadmaps, contribute to system architecture, and drive platform harmonization.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, validation, and manufacturing teams for seamless integration.
• Interface with suppliers and stakeholders, manage governance and risk, and report status.
