Global Director of Systems Technology Teams

As the team leader, you will focus on leading and developing our global Systems Process Engineering teams and processes. Our systems include Flare, Thermal Oxidizer, and Vapor Recovery / Combustor products.

The Systems Technology team plays a key role in various project phases, supporting our commercial teams, order execution, and aftermarket service teams.

We serve international markets in refining, petrochemical, midstream, downstream, and pharmaceuticals.

Our Team

This team specializes in technical assessments of our products and systems, including:

• Flare, Thermal Oxidizer, and Vapor Recovery / Combustor product ranges
• Supporting diverse markets such as refining, petrochemical, midstream, downstream, and pharmaceutical industries

What You Will Do

• Ensure the global team has the necessary capability and knowledge to support our customers technically
• Encourage cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing across the organization
• Promote economic thinking to maximize value for our company and customers
• Provide strategic guidance to regional System Team Managers (Americas & EMEAI) and the Head of Technologies
• Support training and technical risk assessments within product lines and R&D efforts
• Harmonize global processes like information transfer, documentation, and training
• Coordinate with Global Product Owners on technical and commercial strategies

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Experience in developing technical processes aligned with customer product needs
• Experience in product design development and documentation
• Experience facilitating knowledge sharing among technical teams
• Experience with engineered-to-order equipment manufacturing environments
• Experience leading multicultural teams
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Willingness to travel globally (30%)

• Proficiency with documentation and product development technologies
