Job summary

Moncler Group in Milan invites a Digital Project Manager to lead end-to-end digital initiatives across customer experiences and business capabilities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risks, and ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced, international setting.

You will collaborate with UX/UI, design, IT, marketing, CRM, and external partners, translating business needs into actionable plans while maintaining a seamless omnichannel customer journey and measurable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably in international environments.
• Proven experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong understanding of digital customer experience and omnichannel delivery.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer journey design, with ability to collaborate with design teams.
• Fluent in English and Italian; excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, budgets and quality.
• Drive initiatives from strategy through design, development, testing and go-live.
• Define scope, milestones, roadmaps, and delivery plans across cross-functional teams.
• Governance: planning, reporting, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate Digital, IT, E-commerce, Marketing, CRM, Retail and external partners.
• Translate business needs into actionable project plans and deliverables.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and issues; drive mitigation and informed decisions.
• Monitor performance via KPIs and reporting; contribute to continuous improvement.
• Support budget monitoring and vendor management in line with objectives.
