Diesel, a leading pioneer in premium casual wear, seeks a Global Digital Merchandising Specialist at its Milano HQ. You will drive global digital merchandising strategies for diesel.com and coordinate across markets with seasonal trends.

Competenze

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Fashion & Luxury Company.
  • Master’s degree in economics, marketing, or another relevant field.
  • Strong analytical skills; PowerBI knowledge will be considered a plus.
  • Proficient with Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics tool, SFCC and Algolia would be a plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Must have passion for digital contents and products.

  • Continuously optimize the customer experience by implementing best practices in digital merchandising to drive conversion, improve product searchability and visual presentation.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital merchandising trends and constantly monitor competitors and emerging trends to stay ahead in best practices and provide benchmarks to internal stakeholders.

Global Digital Merchandising Specialist

At Diesel Headquarters, located in Milano, we are looking for a Global Digital Merchandising Specialist who will be placed within the Global E‑Commerce Department. He/She will be reporting directly to the Digital Merchandising & Content Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the digital merchandising strategies for diesel.com at global level, ensuring alignment with business objectives, product strategy and customer expectations;

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Fashion & Luxury Company;
  • Master’s degree in economics, marketing, or another relevant field;
  • Strong analytical skills; PowerBI knowledge will be considered a plus;
  • Professional knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics tool, SFCC and Algolia would be a plus;
  • Experience with A/B testing and data‑driven decision‑making;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Passionate about the fashion industry and able to be up‑to‑date with market trends and competitor strategies within the eCommerce landscape;
  • Good eye for content/images, product shootings and visual sensibility;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and attention to details;
  • Fluent in English and Italian;
  • Must have passion for digital contents and products.

Location: Milano/Breganze

Compensation & Level
  • CCNL Textile Industry, Level 6°;
  • Salary range (gross annual): €35.000 – €40.000;
  • Variable incentive plan: 5% of gross annual salary.
