Nokia is seeking an experienced Demand Planning professional to support global forecasting for NI ON Optics products. You will translate data into actionable insights, run demand review meetings, and influence supply chain decisions with statistical forecasting methods.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, English communication, and advanced Excel/Power BI skills to strengthen planning quality and mitigate risks across markets.

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Data Analytics.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros).
• Experience leading demand review meetings and influencing cross-functional teams.
