Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of data governance within Biologicals Research.
• Define and maintain data standards for key assets.
• Champion FAIR data principles across experiments and data capture.
• Ensure data ownership, stewardship, accountability and sponsorship.
• Monitor data quality, completeness, and traceability.
• Coordinate remediation for data gaps.
• Partner with scientists and digital teams to support reusable data.
• Represent Biologicals Research in cross-functional governance forums.
• Coordinate adoption across global sites with local requirements.
• Track governance maturity and report to leadership.
