Amplifon in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Global Cybersecurity Specialist to join the Global IT - Cyber Security team. The role is hybrid in Milan, with cross-country responsibilities protecting customer data and critical services.

You will lead penetration testing, vulnerability management, and security-platform operations while advancing governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across a multi-country environment. Fluency in English is required.

Competenze

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with a focus on cybersecurity or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Solid understanding of penetration testing tools and methodologies (network and web/mobile application testing; OWASP).
• Working knowledge of vulnerability management, security assessment techniques and common attack techniques.
• Experience with security platforms across endpoint, network and identity (EDR, patch management, firewalls).
• Awareness of information security frameworks and regulations (ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, GDPR).
• Proactive mindset and ability to navigate transformational initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a process-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a multi-country environment.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Mansioni

• Plan and perform penetration tests and security assessments on applications and infrastructure.
• Drive remediation with owners and re-test to verify fixes.
• Support authorized red-team style validations to confirm exploitability.
• Run and mature the vulnerability management lifecycle from discovery to verification.
• Collaborate on robust vulnerability management strategies across the global estate.
• Operate security consoles across endpoint, network and identity.
• Strengthen access and credential hygiene on shared systems.
• Contribute to security monitoring, incident response and governance programs.
