Zambon is seeking an International Customer Service Manager reporting to the Central Supply Planning & Distribution Associate Director to lead the Customer Service team worldwide. The role oversees end-to-end order management from receipt to invoicing, ensuring high service levels, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in Customer Service, Order Management or Supply Chain in finished goods manufacturing (pharma preferred).
• Knowledge of international logistics and customs.
• Experience in CS processes in complex international supply chains.
• Understanding of S&OP and end-to-end processes.
• Strong leadership to manage a team.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Data management and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge SAP S/4HANA (SD/MM) and planning systems.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English.

Mansioni

• Coordinate the Customer Service team, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders from order entry to invoicing.
• Ensure accurate execution of order fulfilment activities in line with customer requirements and regulations.
• Monitor customer orders throughout the fulfilment process, managing exceptions and ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Oversee transportation management with logistics providers and customs brokers to optimize distribution costs.
• Coordinate import/export activities and ensure compliance with GDP/GMP standards.
• Contribute to monthly S&OP with visibility on priorities, orders and constraints.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, External Manufacturing, QA, Regulatory Affairs and Finance.
• Support product launches, artwork changes, regulatory updates and supply continuity from CS perspective.
• Monitor CS KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead process improvements and digital solutions to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
