Zambon, a multinational chemical-pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Corporate Controller to provide solid financial supervision of the global footprint. Reporting to the Group Industrial Controlling Director, you will lead the implementation of the new Controlling Model and enhance the current reporting framework to support quick performance analysis.

You will manage budgets, forecasts and plans, deliver robust variance analyses, and drive business cases with Make vs Buy assessments.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics or Engineering.
• 8+ years in Corporate & Industrial Controlling in multinational companies.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Mansioni

• Lead implementation of a new Controlling Model (Product Costs, Capex and Stock) with SAP upgrade.
• Enhance reporting to enable quick performance analysis.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and plans; identify trends and challenge figures.
• Deliver solid variance analysis for action on P&L and cash flow.
• Implement business cases and Make vs Buy analyses.
• Partner with Corporate and local leaders to guide financials and actions.
