Bending Spoons is building ambitious products with a small, high-performing team that values ethics, growth, and impact. We seek a talented legal professional to support cross-border acquisitions, advise on financing, and draft complex contracts in a fast-moving environment.

You will help build scalable legal tools powered by AI, stay ahead of regulatory changes, and contribute to high-impact projects across the company, while maintaining high professional standards.

Competenze

• Reasoning ability to solve complex problems with first-principles thinking.
• Drive and initiative with a high personal bar for performance.
• Team spirit and willingness to contribute to shared goals.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Some experience in law, in-house or at a firm.

Mansioni

• Support our acquisitions, assisting cross-border due diligence and post-completion integrations.
• Advise on financing and capital matters with the Finance team.
• Draft and negotiate cross-border contracts including confidentiality, consulting, licensing, SaaS and related agreements.
• Build scalable legal tools and playbooks, integrating AI-enabled workflows.
• Monitor regulatory developments and identify opportunities to unlock value.
