Job summary

Campari Group in Milan seeks a Corporate Communications Lead to drive external communications, reputation management and strategic projects across the organisation.

As a senior individual contributor, you will coordinate stakeholders, manage media relationships, and lead the revamp of the corporate website, reporting to the Global Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability team.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in corporate communications, ideally in international organisations.
• Italian and English full working proficiency. A third language is a plus.
• Experience with media relations, reputation management and multi-stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily media coverage and media monitoring activities.
• Coordinate corporate communications moments, including financial results and announcements, ensuring message consistency.
• Contribute to crisis and issues communications and timely response coordination.
• Manage PR and media opportunities involving senior global spokespeople and coordinate requests.
• Develop and fine-tune top management corporate messages and tone of voice.
• Lead projects including the revamp and go-live of the Campari Group corporate website.
• Coordinate and manage social media activities to strengthen corporate positioning.
