Comer Industries in Reggiolo (Reggio Emilia, Italy) seeks a motivated intern to join the Global Compliance Team, gaining exposure to product compliance, customs and trade, data protection and privacy, and health & safety compliance. During the internship you will collect and review supplier and internal data, maintain compliance records, and prepare customer-requested declarations and information.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Corporate Law or similar.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven.

Mansioni

• Implementing product compliance activities, including data collection and review, maintaining compliance records, and preparing customer-requested declarations and information.
• Collaborating with internal functions such as Research & Product Development, Purchasing and Sales on product compliance topics.
• Contributing to the preparation of internal guidelines, procedures, training materials and presentations.
• Supporting the assessment and implementation of new regulatory requirements at national, European and international level (e.g. China, Japan, USA) and their potential impact on products and processes.
• Supporting Customs and Trade Compliance activities, including classification, origin, export controls and other trade compliance requirements.
• Supporting Data Protection and Privacy activities and the implementation and maintenance of related Group procedures and documentation.
