  • Competitive Intelligence: monitoring the competitive landscape in defined areas for Grünenthal.
  • Forecasting Training: educating the commercial team on trend forecasting and patient modeling.
  • Anti-trust Analysis: supporting deal structuring with anti-trust insights.
  • Business Deals: analyzing market landscape and assessing success probabilities for growth opportunities.
  • Business Case Analysis and Delivery: creating and documenting business cases effectively.
  • Data Manipulation: analyzing complex market data from various sources.
  • Storytelling: transforming data into compelling narratives for decision-making.
  • Business Challenge: challenging partners on performance and analytical accuracy.
  • Project Management: delivering analysis timely and within budget using Agile methods.
