Parexel is seeking a Clinical Project Leader to guide global clinical studies for Large Pharma partners. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver trials on time, on budget, and with high quality while ensuring ICH GCP compliance and strong client satisfaction.

The role combines science, project management, and stakeholder engagement in a multinational setting. You will develop project plans, manage risks, and own study-level client relationships, contributing to SOPs and organizational

Competenze

CRO experience with Phase I–III clinical trial project management and demonstrated leadership.
Oncology knowledge; other therapeutic areas desirable.
Strong English written and spoken communication.

Mansioni

Develop and maintain formal project plans with milestones, budgets, and resources.
Perform risk management and communicate risks and contingencies to clients.
Own and manage client relationships at the study level.
Oversee project P&L including budgeting, revenue recognition, and invoicing.
Coordinate cross-functional project teams to complete studies.
Represent the Project Leadership function in client meetings and presentations.
