Parexel is seeking a Clinical Project Leader to guide global studies for Large Pharma partners, translating clinical research into practical project solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver trials on time, on budget, and to the highest quality while ensuring ICH GCP compliance and strong client satisfaction.

The role blends science, project management, and stakeholder engagement in a multinational, collaborative environment with clear impact on how trials are run and optimized.

Competenze

• CRO experience with Phase I–III clinical trial management and leadership.
• Strong English communication skills essential for global collaboration.
• Knowledge of ICH and GCP compliance and clinical research processes.

The role blends science, project management, and stakeholder engagement to advance therapies to patients. You’ll work in a multinational, collaborative environment with a clear impact on how trials are run and optimized.

• ICH and GCP knowledge; solid clinical research and protocol design understanding
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage multiple tasks
