Experteer Italy is seeking a Project Manager to lead global, multi-center clinical research projects across multiple therapeutic areas. You will steer cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and act as the main client contact to drive successful partnerships.

• Recent clinical research experience as project manager or equivalent (e.g., Clinical Trial Manager).

In this role you lead global, multi-center clinical research projects to deliver studies on time, on budget, and to high quality standards. You will steer cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and act as the main client contact to drive successful partnerships. You’ll participate in bid defenses and proposal development, promoting standard practices and compliance. This is a remote or hybrid position offering opportunities to shape multi-therapeutic trials and contribute to patient-centered research at PSI.

• Manage global, multi-center clinical research projects across therapeutic areas
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality standards
• Lead and coordinate multi-functional project teams
• Train, mentor, and coach project team members
• Serve as primary client contact for project matters
• Attend bid defenses and contribute to proposals and client presentations
• Implement standard practices and ensure compliance with intradepartmental procedures
• Recent clinical research experience as project manager or equivalent (e.g., Clinical Trial Manager)
• Global or regional PM experience managing all project services from startup to closure
• Therapeutic experience in oncology, GI, IBD, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease preferred
• Experience managing Phase II and III projects preferred
• BSc or MSc in Life Sciences or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders
• Strong negotiation, team-building, resource allocation, and organizational skills
