Job summary

Psi is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Project Manager to lead global, multi-center trials across oncology and GI indications. You will manage projects end-to-end, ensure delivery on time and within budget, and uphold high quality standards with hands-on involvement in every study facet.

This role offers remote or hybrid work options for international teams, and requires English-language applications. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Recent clinical research experience in the capacity of project manager or equivalent (e.g. Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Study Team Lead, etc.)
• Global or regional clinical project management experience including startup to closure
• Therapeutic experience in oncology, GI, IBD, UC, Crohn's disease preferred
• Experience managing Phase II/III projects preferred
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with stakeholder relationship skills
• Ability to negotiate confidently
• Team building, resource allocation and organizational skills
• Applications must be submitted in English

Responsibilities

• Management of global, multi-center clinical research projects
• Delivery of projects on time, within budget and high-quality standards
• Leading and managing multi-functional project teams
• Training, mentoring and coaching project team members
• Primary point of contact to client on all project matters
• Attend bid defense meetings and contribute to proposals and client presentations
• Implementation of company standard practices and compliance with procedures
