Jobtailor is seeking an experienced professional to drive capacity planning and CapEx alignment with long-term demand. You will maintain capacity models and lead Lean improvements across global shops, coaching teams and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

The role requires deep engineering knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in English, with a focus on SQDC, quality processes, and standardization initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• 7+ years in manufacturing or quality
• 7+ years in factory operations roles focused on SQDC, capacity, and capex with lean
• Strong knowledge of engineering concepts and quality processes
• Fluency in English
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings

Mansioni

• Develop a strategy for capacity and CapEx aligned with demand and objectives
• Maintain global capacity models for Aero Alliance shops using Takt Cycle charts
• Coach teams to improve output using lean tools
• Lead RCA investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Provide technical support and train local shops on CapEx, capacity, and flow lines
• Collaborate with channels on new repair processes and qualifications
• Communicate with stakeholders and guide decisions with data
